When do I get my tracking link?
As soon as your order ships, which is 1 to 2 business days after you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.
My link shows no updates yet
A link can take up to 72 hours to go live after the carrier scans the parcel. Your order is already on its way in the meantime.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. The full table is on the delivery information page. Estimates are in business days and exclude public holidays.
