Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location:
- UAE: $4.00 — free on orders over $100. Delivered in 1–2 business days. See UAE delivery info
- Saudi Arabia (KSA): $12.00 — free on orders over $130. Delivered in 3–4 business days.
- Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar: $10.00 — free on orders over $130. Delivered in 2–3 business days. See GCC delivery info
- United Kingdom: $11.99 — free on orders over $200. Delivered in 3–4 business days via DHL Express. See UK delivery info
- International (Europe, Asia, Australia & more): $15.00. Delivered in 5–7 business days via DHL Express. See international delivery info
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods such as sales, Black Friday, or public holidays, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
It can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to show movement. If there's no update after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the UAE, GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar), the United Kingdom, and a wide range of international destinations including Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Singapore, and more. Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our Returns & Exchange page and follow the steps. Our team will get back to you promptly to guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
Can I exchange for a different size or flavour?
Yes. Simply initiate a return request and specify what you'd like to exchange for. Subject to stock availability.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can update it for you.

Are your supplements suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Our Premium Vegan Protein is fully plant-based and suitable for vegans. For other products, please check the Allergy Information section on each product page for full ingredient details.
Are there any allergens I should know about?
Each product page includes a dedicated Allergy Information section. Please review it carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies to dairy, soy, gluten, or nuts.
What is the best way to use the All-in-One Shake?
Mix one scoop (33g) with 250–300ml of cold water or your preferred milk. It can be used as a meal replacement, a post-workout recovery shake, or a nutritious low-calorie snack.
